Mini "White Castles" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. dry Lipton onion soup mix
    1 to 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm party rolls
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Add cheese, onion soup and mayonnaise.
    Cook until mixed.
    Slice rolls in half and spread meat mixture on bottom half; cover with top.
    Top each roll with pickle slice if desired.
