Sausage Scramble - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sausage
18 eggs
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
3 c. garlic flavored croutons
18 tomato slices (optional)
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Cook and stir sausage until light brown; drain.
Place sausage in greased baking dish (13 x 9-inch).
Beat eggs, milk and salt.
Stir in cheese.
Pour egg mixture on sausage.
Sprinkle with croutons.
Bake uncovered until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 to 50 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with tomato slices, if desired.
Makes 18 servings.
