Lemon Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 rounded Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 grated rind of 1 lemon
juice of 2 lemons
1 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Add cornstarch to sugar; mix in lemon rind. Add lemon juice, water and butter.
Boil until thick, stirring constantly.
