Carrot Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. soft margarine
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
Place in a well-greased 5 1/2-cup ring mold.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serve on platter with cooked peas in center.
