Sweet Potato Casserole With Crisp Topping - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. canned milk
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. broken pecans
    1 c. coconut (optional)
    1 c. crushed cornflakes (optional)
Preparation
    Mash sweet potatoes that have been well drained.
    Add eggs, milk and 3/4 stick of butter and vanilla.
    Mix well and place in greased casserole dish.
    Top with topping made by combining brown sugar, 1/2 cup softened butter or margarine, flour and broken pecans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm.
    Serve hot.
