Weight Watchers Watergate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple (in own juice), chilled
    1 box sugar-free instant pudding (vanilla, banana or pistachio)
    1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
    1 c. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix pudding mix with pineapple and its juice. Stir in yogurt. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill. Each serving is 1/2 cup.
