Molasses Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. hot water
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. molasses
    2 1/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Cream shortening, eggs and molasses.
    Mix flour and cocoa together.
    Add soda to hot water and add to creamed mixture, then add flour mixture.
    Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0
    for 30 to 40 minutes.
