Beef Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion, browned and added to rice
    1/2 c. uncooked rice (not Minute rice)
    1 c. condensed chicken soup
    1 c. water
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. green peas
Preparation
    Mix in 2-quart casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
