Quik Chocolate Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Nestle Quik (chocolate flavor)
5 measuring Tbsp. boiling water
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 3/4 c. sifted confectioners sugar

Preparation

In small bowl, combine Nestle Quik and boiling water. Stir until Quik dissolves. Blend in butter and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar. Continue beating at high speed until thick enough to spread. Makes 1 2/3 cups.
