Potato And Hot Dog Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot dogs
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    2/3 c. water
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    2 tsp. flour
    1/4 c. minced onion
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook onion in oil until brown.
    Mix flour, sugar and all seasonings; blend thoroughly with onion mixture.
    Now add water.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cut hot dogs into chunks.
    Layer potatoes and hot dogs in casserole.
    Pour sauce over the top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven and pour vinegar over the top.
    Cover and return to oven for another 5 minutes.
