Chicken Francese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. thin chicken cutlets
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 c. flour
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Saute chicken in lemon juice for two minutes.
Drain juice into separate bowl.
Dip cutlets in eggs.
Dab cutlets in flour on both sides.
