Pimentos And Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 red peppers, broiled and peeled
    1 can whole button mushrooms, drained
    1 to 2 Tbsp. Garlic Oil (see recipe)
Preparation
    Quarter peppers lengthwise.
    Place on broiler pan, skin side up.
    Flatten and place under broiler.
    Cook until blackened and skins pop.
    Layer in bowl, cover and let steam for 5 minutes. Uncover and peel skin off.
    Reserve all juice from bowl and broiler pan.
    Put all ingredients in saucepan; cover and bring to a boil.
    Salt to taste.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
