Shanghai Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneless pork and 1/2 lb. veal, cut in small thin strips
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces (undrained)
    1 (1 lb.) can chow mein vegetables (undrained)
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 medium onion, sliced
    4 to 5 c. chow mein noodles
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat meat in flour.
    Brown meat in oil in large skillet.
    Add gravy mix, soy sauce, mushrooms and liquid from chow mein vegetables.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add celery, onion and chow mein vegetables.
    Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes longer until vegetables are tender.
    Pour into shallow casserole; arrange noodles around edge.
    Serve.
