Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. syrup or 1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    2 tsp. soda
    2 gal. popped corn
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and bring to a boil to soft ball stage.
    Add soda.
    Pour over popped corn.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
