Chicken Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. oil
2 to 3 boneless chicken breasts, cut up into 1-inch chunks
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation

Cook chicken in skillet in oil until no longer pink.
Drain and add all other ingredients.
Cook until cheese melts, stirring frequently.
Serve in tortilla shells or taco shells.
Good with rice as a side dish.
