Mozzarella Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. green pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
Preparation
    Brown meat and then drain.
    Add onions and green pepper; cook until tender.
    Add tomato paste and 1/2 of cheese.
    Mix well. Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.
    Place in a 9-inch pie pan, pressing together to form a crust.
    Flute edge.
    Fill with meat mixture and top with remaining cheese.
    Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
