Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamy cottage cheese (warm)
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 tsp. dill seed
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c. flour
Preparation
-
Mix yeast and water.
Soften for 10 minutes.
Add cottage cheese that has been warmed.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Stir down.
Divide into 2 loaves.
