Gingersnaps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. molasses
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 c. shortening
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
Preparation

Mix.
Roll into balls, then roll in sugar.
Do not press down. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes.
