Beryl'S Pineapple Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 1/2 c. hot water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. whipped cream (I use Cool Whip)
1 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; let cool.
Add pineapple.
When it begins to set, mix whipped cream with sugar and mayonnaise. Stir in carrots.
Add this mixture to Jell-O and chill until firm.
