Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 lb. ground beef (not too lean)
    3 eggs
    1/2 box Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Mix meat and eggs.
    Add bread crumbs until most moisture is absorbed.
    Shape balls (2 inches).
    Brown in olive oil.
    Simmer in tomato sauce of choice (2 hours).
