Cornish Hens With Sauterne Sauce, Pearl Onions And Spinach(For 4 People) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cooked hens, cut in half
    1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. non-alcoholic Sauterne
    1 c. chicken stock
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Heat honey; add non-alcoholic Sauterne and stock.
    Boil for 20 minutes, until reduced.
    Add soy sauce and cook for 3 minutes. Whisk with 2 tablespoons butter, 1 at a time at room temperature.
