Salsa Verde (Green Salsa) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 tomatillos, outer onion like skin removed and washed
    2 to 3 jalapeno chilies
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 to 3 Serrano chilies
    3 green onions
    1 lime, juiced
    1/3 bunch fresh cilantro
Preparation
    Boil (over medium-high heat) first 4 ingredients in 3 cups of water until tomatillos come apart. Place green onions, lime juice and cilantro in blender and pour in warm tomatillo mixture. Blend until smooth (about 60 seconds); cover lid with a cloth and hold the lid down before and during the blending process since the contents are hot and are likely to \"explode\" all over the kitchen. Add additional salt to taste if needed.
