Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 stick margarine
    garlic salt to taste
    chives to taste
    paprika to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Boil potatoes until done. Drain and let cool slightly.
    Beat cream cheese and sour cream together.
    Beat potatoes into cream cheese mixture. Add margarine, garlic salt and chives.
    Beat until smooth.
    Pour into dish. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
