Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    roast of your choice
    brown sugar
    Adolph's meat tenderizer
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    black pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Rub brown sugar into roast.
    Sprinkle with meat tenderizer and puncture meat.
    Sprinkle with onion soup mix.
    Wrap very tightly in tinfoil and cook at 350\u00b0 for about 3 hours or until tender. Add no water.
    Can add black pepper.
    Cook fat side down.
