Stuffed Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large pork chops
    3 c. soft bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning (optional)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 can water (use soup can)
Preparation
    Brown pork chops on both sides.
    Place in a shallow baking dish.
    Lightly mix together the bread crumbs, onion, margarine, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning.
    Place a mound of stuffing on each drop.
    Blend soup and the 1/3 can of water; pour over pork chops.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
