Homemade Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. heavy cream
    1 qt. jar with lid
    bread or saltines pkg.
Preparation
    Let heavy cream set out of refrigerator 1/2 hour.
    Pour heavy cream into quart jar and shake vigorously for 15 to 20 minutes. Soon you will see the butter taking shape.
    Pour off the sweet milk that remains after butter is formed.
    Spread butter on bread or saltines and enjoy.
    You may drink the milk that remains.
