Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cut steak into serving pieces.
    Brown in skillet with salt and pepper.
    Combine browned meat, tomato sauce and water in slow cooker.
    Cook on low until meat is tender (6 to 8 hours).
    Add peas 1 hour before serving.
