Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. beef
    2 1/2 lb. veal
    2 1/2 lb. pork
    6 bunches celery
    12 good sized onions
    butter
Preparation
    Cut in small pieces the beef, veal, pork, celery and onions. Put large piece of butter in kettle and melt.
    Add beef and cook 15 minutes with cover on, then 15 minutes with the cover off.
    Add veal and cook 15 minutes with cover on, then 15 minutes with cover off.
    Add pork and cook 15 minutes with cover on, then 15 minutes with cover off.
    Add celery and cook 15 minutes with cover on and 15 minutes with the cover off.
    Add onions and cook 15 minutes with the cover on and then 15 minutes with the cover off.
    Add La Choy sauce to taste and as many mushrooms as you want.
    When all done, add 1/2 cup hard molasses with 3 tablespoons cornstarch stirred in. Add bean sprouts (1 can) or La Choy vegetables.
