Pineapple Cream Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 pkg. unflavored Knox gelatine
1 c. canned cream
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. cold water

Preparation

Mix together gelatine, pineapple, water and sugar; boil for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add 1 large or 2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese; stir until dissolved.
Add the canned cream and nuts.
Put in refrigerator overnight.
