Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. coconut
2 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 stick oleo
1 jar caramel topping
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine coconut, chopped pecans and oleo.
Toast under broiler until brown, stirring frequently.
Combine first 3 ingredients and spread half of the mixture in a pie shell.
Sprinkle coconut-pecan mixture over this and drizzle with caramel topping.
Repeat layers.
Refrigerate.
