Pasta, Pepper And Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. penne or ziti macaroni
    2 large red peppers
    2 medium size bunches broccoli
    olive or salad oil
    salt
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. Oriental sesame oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni as label directs, but do not use salt in the water. Drain; keep warm.
