Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3 tsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 5 minutes; drain.
    Spread in bottom of 2-quart or 3-quart casserole dish.
    Mix soup, onion, mayonnaise and eggs and pour over broccoli in the casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
