Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
    7 eggs
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 c. thin sliced ham, chopped, or 1 lb. sausage, cooked
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Roll out crescent rolls in one piece.
    Spread in bottom of dish and press together.
    Cover with meat and cheese.
    Beat eggs and milk together.
    Pour over all you made.
    Add onion or green pepper to taste, before adding milk. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
