Mock Slim Trim Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 to 1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. large curd cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in blender container until smooth. Store in refrigerator.
Serve as substitute for sour cream.
