Beef And Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. uncooked spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 tomato slices
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water until tender, 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
    In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter; saute onion and green pepper.
    Add ground beef and cook until brown. Stir in tomato sauce and remove from heat.
