Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
    3 large jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake in iron skillet for 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
