Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 chicken breasts, diced and sprinkled with ginger
    2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    1/2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 frozen pkg. pea pods
    1 small jar mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    In saucepan, cook chicken, oil and soy sauce until done.
    Add pea pods and mushrooms. Simmer until warmed thoroughly.
    Serve this over cooked rice.
