Lemon Or Raspberry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 graham crackers, crushed
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. lemon or raspberry Jell-O
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    grated lemon rind
    1 pkg. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush graham crackers.
    Add melted butter and sugar to crushed crackers.
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Add lemon juice and grated lemon rind.
    Stir well.
    Let stand until it begins to get to syrup stage.
    Add Cool Whip to Jell-O mix.
    Put 1/2 of graham cracker mix in baking dish and pat flat.
    Pour Jell-O mixture over crust.
    Sprinkle rest of crumb mixture on top.
    Refrigerate until time to serve.
