Company Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (1-inch thick) lean pork chops
1 red bell pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. olive or canola oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Lightly saute pepper, onion and garlic in oil.
Add pork chops and brown on both sides.
Add mushroom soup.
Cover and cook slowly about 45 minutes.
Good served with rice.
