Carrot Raisin Bran Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. oleo, melted and cooled
3 eggs or 3/4 c. Egg Beaters
3/4 c. 100% Bran (Nabisco or Kellogg's)
1 3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. raisins or chopped dates or prunes
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

In large bowl beat oleo and eggs until well blended.
Stir in Bran and let stand 5 minutes.
In small bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and baking soda.
Blend into Bran mixture. Stir in carrots and raisins.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes at 350\u00b0.
