Cheesy Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
    1 medium onion, sliced or chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet, melt butter. Brown beef and onion well. Stir in flour and pepper. Spread beef mixture over pie crust. Sprinkle cheese on top. Blend milk, eggs and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Let cool 10 minutes before serving.
