Kniddlen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 cups sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients. Add eggs, butter and milk to form a smooth batter. Stir but do not beat. Drop small amounts by teaspoonful into boiling soup, stew or water. Cover tightly and cook 10-15 minutes without lifting the lid. They may be drained and served with gravy if cooked in hot water.
