Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. milk
    1 well beaten egg
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg.
    Add crumbs, onion and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased 8 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch round pan.
    Melt butter and pour over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
