Spinach Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plus 1 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter or oleo
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
3/4 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and very dry
about 1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage meat, cooked (optional)
Preparation

Sift first 3 ingredients together.
Add eggs, milk and butter. Next add onion, cheese and spinach (can also add sausage).
Bake in 13 x 9-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
