Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
2 Tbsp. low-cal sweetener
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
2 Tbsp. Puritan oil
1 tsp. chopped parsley
1/8 c. lemon juice
1/8 c. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. Pace picante sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
Preparation

Combine cornstarch and water in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth and clear.
Put all remaining ingredients in blender and blend to 3 to 4 minutes. Stir into cornstarch mix and cook until smooth.
Remove from heat. Cool.
Store in refrigerator.
Keeps well. Makes about 1 quart.
