Carrot And Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 c. carrots, shredded
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order given.
    Mix well.\tPour in two greased loaf pans.\tBake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
