Mandarin Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced cooked chicken
    1 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. mayonnaise (no substitute)
    1 c. grapes
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 (2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
    leaf lettuce
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, lemon juice, onion and salt. Stir well. Cover and chill. Add mayonnaise, sliced grapes, oranges and almonds to chicken mixture. Toss well. Serve on lettuce arranged on platter. Garnish with oranges and grapes. Makes 6 servings.
