Holiday Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. canned chicken broth
    1/2 c. flour
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Blend in a bowl 1 cup cold broth with flour until smooth. Heat remaining broth with bouillon cubes in saucepan.
    Stir flour mixture into hot broth.
    Cook and stir over moderate heat until mixture thickens.
    Reduce heat.
    Add Kitchen Bouquet and pepper. Makes about 4 cups.
    Contains 1% fat, less than 1 gram per serving.
