Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground ham
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 medium grated onion
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Mix well the first 7 ingredients.
    Pack into loaf pan, leaving space around edge.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 for 3/4 hour.
    Drain off fat. Pour pineapple juice over and bake 3/4 hour more at 300\u00b0.
    Cool before cutting.
    Can be removed from pan and reheated to serve.
