Ingredients

3 sticks butter, softened
12 Tbsp. 10x powdered sugar
2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. chopped pecans (almost ground)
3 1/4 c. Softasilk flour
Preparation

Mix together softened butter and 12 tablespoons powdered sugar until smooth.
Add flavoring and flour a little at a time.
Add pecans and mix until mixed together.
Chill for 1 hour or more. Roll the dough into the size of your pinkie finger and bake on a well-greased pan or cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes (until lightly browned) at 350\u00b0.
